Account and registration
To open an account on arjuna, visit our website or app and tap "Open an account". Enter a username, email address, password, and Indonesian mobile number. We send a verification link to your email—click it within subject to verification to confirm. Next, we send an SMS code to your phone; enter it in the app to verify your number. Your account is then active and ready to receive deposits. If you need to recover your password later, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page and we will send reset instructions to your registered email. Verification typically completes within minutes; if delays occur, contact support and we will investigate within 1 business day.
Log in to your arjuna account and navigate to Settings (or Account). You can update your email address, phone number, and password from this menu. To enable two-factor authentication for extra security, toggle the setting on and follow the prompts to link your phone authenticator app. You can also adjust notification preferences (e.g., disable notifications between certain hours). If you wish to take a break from betting, contact our support team and request a temporary pause; we will deactivate your account for a period you specify (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) and reactivate it afterward. No. arjuna allows one active account per person. Using the same email, phone number, or device to open multiple accounts violates our terms. If a deposit fails (e.g., your bank declines the payment or the payment gateway times out), your money is not charged and does not appear in your arjuna balance. Check your bank statement to confirm. If money was deducted from your bank but did not reach arjuna, contact your bank first to confirm the payment went through; if it did, contact our support team with your transaction reference and bank name (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet provider). We will investigate within 2 business days and return the funds if the error is on our side. For withdrawals, if a request is cancelled or rejected (e.g., invalid account details), the balance returns to your arjuna account automatically so you can try again.
We accept deposits from most payment methods, with typical minimums starting at a low threshold to let you start small. Maximum amounts per transaction vary by payment rail—e-wallets like e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment typically allow higher single deposits than some bank transfers, though you can make multiple deposits if needed. When you select a payment method during deposit, we show you the minimum and maximum for that specific method. If your intended amount falls outside the range, choose a different payment method or split your deposit across multiple transactions.
